Our signature dish is the various nabe hot pot, a healthy selection of seasonal Shinshu vegetables and meats boiled in tasty broth. We use quality organic Koshihikari rice grown with spring water, and other fine rice made by our designated supplier, Shimizu Farms. Our delicious nabe is sure to warm your heart and delight your soul!

Our restaurant offers a variety of locally-brewed Saku rice wine only available in Karuizawa. Try them with our local foods for a great culinary experience!
